Really liked Dr. Phan. She took time to listen to my concerns and discuss my options. Going back for crowns.
The dentist I saw was great, Pam was great. The office ran my insurance and told me that the insurance was covering all of the work needing to be done so I approved the treatment plan. Now months later the office is coming after me for money they told me was all covered by insurance. This is so sad and I've heard from others that this also happened to.
I don't believe any of these good reviews. They must have paid someone to say anything good about the Surprise office. Granted when I first went there at the beginning of 2026 they had a great office manager. She is gone now I can only guess that she quit because she was the only person holding that office together. Since she has been gone things have gone down hill fast. Forget about your appointment time. I usually have to wait an hr and then wait even longer once I am taken back. Outstanding. The best dental practice ive ever been too. Reasonable prices, The staff are understanding about scheduling issues as well as anxiety. Dr Phan is incredibly. I had several teeth done as well as extensive other work and her skill and experience helped me heal incredibly fast. Even as someone with no knowledge of the dental field I can tell by the way she operates she has a wealth of knowledge. I plan on making this my only dentist for as long as they are in business.
IF YOU DONT VALUE YOURSELF OR YOUR TIME THIS DENTAL OFFICE IS FOR YOU!!!! I have been a good customer of Westwind Dental because my insurance had it on their list. Today is a good example of my experience at Westwind. My appointment was 11:00am I showed up at 10:48am. And Checked in. At 11:30am I went back up to the front desk and they told me we are way behind and would be awhile before they get to me so I left.
