Jose made a through and reasonable assessment of what needed to be done to protect our concrete deck, and Suany and Massiel did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop throughout our entire project. From bringing in the owner Franklin to explain the options to keeping us up to date with changes, their team keep us in close communication through the process. The team was also professional and efficient, our deck finished on time and looks fantastic.

Needed to have my balcony/deck waterproofed due to leaks into the house. West Coast did a fantastic job in the balcony looks great, and haven't had a leak since. They are mindful to not disturb you so they will enter/exit around the house to work as much as they can.

We had a leak that West Coast was able to fix. They installed a new waterproof deck and recommended a contractor to complete tasks that were not in their scope of practice (ex. new railings).
