I had ongoing balcony leak issues for years and hired several contractors and handymen without success. West Coast Decking and Waterproofing sent Sergio and Miguel, and I was very impressed. They were punctual, quiet, diligent, and paid close attention to detail. They worked hard, stayed focused, and took pride in doing the job right. It was refreshing to see such professional and reliable workmanship.
WC Deck & Waterproofing did an outstanding job at our condo building from start to finish. Jose made a through and reasonable assessment of what needed to be done to protect our concrete deck, and Suany and Massiel did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop throughout our entire project. From bringing in the owner Franklin to explain the options to keeping us up to date with changes, their team keep us in close communication through the process. The team was also professional and efficient, our deck finished on time and looks fantastic.
