We had a great experience with West Coast Deck for our deck repair and rebuild. Originally, we only knew of one rotten beam, and the initial quote for that work was very reasonable. They were upfront from the beginning that there could be additional hidden damage once demolition started, which turned out to be true. My husband reached out to the company on Thursday 5/14/2026 via their own website and Jameson text right away and discuss what we had in mind. My husband provided information on the state of our deck, including a photo of what we wanted repair. Jameson said he would call “in a bit” and that is the last we heard from him. We feel ghosted and don’t feel like we need to chase a company for their service. Don’t know what’s going on with this company but if you are too busy to take on a client, just say so, don’t ghost.
Jameson and his Team at West Coast Deck Recently finished up this amazing IPE Deck for me at my home in Encinitas. They are an incredible group that form an elite deck building team serving San Diego. I cant wait to enjoy my deck and drink a couple of dirty martinis soon yahhhh
