I have been using Bill and team at West Coast Cycle for over 5 years now (3 different bikes). I must say from the first time I took my bike in I felt like I had a friend in the business. This last time my bike was totaled from a wreck and Bill and team helped with the insurance and getting my replacement bike checked out and ready to go. I can't say enough good things about these guys! Don't hesitate to take your bike to West Coast!

I love this place. I was told this cycle shop was the best repair shop in town by a friend . I was having electrical issues and other shops had already looked at it and attempted to fix it but could not find my problem. I took it to Bill and he found and diagnosed my problem exactly. Minor electrical short ...Could have taken major advantage of me but didn't . Very Honest and Very Knowledgeable. Knows his business for sure and I will not go anywhere else from now on.
