5/5 Stars for West Coast Cold Air for their competence and compassion in addressing my concerns. After finding out that I have asthma and am allergic to dust mites, I had to replace my old HVAC and ductwork ASAP. I called around, but then decided to go with West Coast Cold Air. From start to finish, their entire process was seamless and professional. They hook me up with a high-end HVAC unit equipped with UV light. This company needs to do a better job training their employees on how to drive, I had to pull my two dogs away from the street to avoid being run over by their technician. I get it it, its Friday night and everybody wants to get home but when driving in a residential neighborhood, you need to be extra careful.
I would give West Coast Cold Air 10 stars if it was possible. From the beginning to the end of our issue, the company was phenomenal. The owner is extremely communicative and helpful. He explained everything to us in great detail. The workers were the hardest working men I have ever seen.
