I had an absolutely wonderful experience with both Mae and Maxim. Mae the office manager was in constant contact with the two AC installations. She was extremely helpful and was calling with updates and follow ups. It made the experience go very smoothly. The installer Maxim was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. He did an amazing job installing 2 through the wall AC units with no chips at all to the wall both inside and outside. Considering the house is over 100 years old he did an incredible job.
