I would give zero stars if I could. WEST COAST CHIEF REPAIR, INC. has been the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with for an appliance repair. My range hood has been broken for three months, and they have completely mishandled the repair from the start. The technician came out in January, assessed the issue, and ordered a part. The first time he scheduled a follow-up, he never showed up during the stated time. When he finally came the next day, he told me the wrong part was ordered.
