I had a great experience with WCCST. I was referred by my regular therapist and I found the staff professional and caring. The initial intake and scheduling were very transparent, responsive, and friendly, which is a rarity in the mental health services in Canada in my experience. I did my sessions with Mathew Gendron, MA and I found him supportive and practical. I made a lot of progress which felt great. It's also a beautiful office and their scheduling and payment systems work seamlessly. Definitely recommend.
