Great company, very knowledgeable in the caravan field, was able to organise finance, huge range of caravans. Awesome customer service!
Jeremy was by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to on the phone. He was patronising and extremely abrupt when I simply enquired about a van they had advertised. I honestly couldn’t believe the way I was being spoken to. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. You should be ashamed of how you handled that call, you’ve definitely lost a sale.
Well done Scott, Jeremy and Team. We bought and sold a caravan through these guys and couldn't be happier with the service, care and advice that guided us through this process without the worry and stress if we had done this ourselves. Honestly they know their stuff, were so professional and very knowledgeable. Our new caravan is a great upgrade and looking forward to our adventures ahead with confidence. Thank you again guys :)
