I've been to West Coast Cafe several times and each time it seems to get better, Authentic Italian and wonderful food. Excellent service and friendly staff, will make you feel right at home. A wonderful addition for downtown San Bruno!
By far our favorite restaurant. Fantastic food and service! The best! We go at least 3 times a month.

Good prices, so-so food – We went to West Coast Cafe for dinner, I had read the one review of the restaurant and it was a good review. I should remember that no everyone has good taste. The prices were reasonable but the food was just average. I had the capellini w/basil garlic tomato sauce, couldn't taste the basil as there was very little, no garlic taste at all, I had the waiter put cheese on it when it was served and when he came back to fill our water I asked for more cheese, the pasta needed flavor, it was extremely bo... read more
A Diamond in the Rough!! – What a place! Food is very good, servers are friendly, and a very inexpensive Italian restaurant. This is a hidden treasure right in the middle of alot of Asian rerstaurants on San Mateo Ave. @ Jenevein. Try it You'll like it!!!!
