Rene built our two story ADU with rooftop. I would recommend Rene for your project. He was on top of it, direct, communicated quickly, got it done at the price he quoted which was a great value.

I had West Coast B&D build my attached ADU and can recommend Rene and crew to anyone considering this type of project. Rene gave a fair price and is honest as well as an all-round good guy. His crews work hard and are friendly, professional and good at their jobs. Rene will design what you want, get it thru planning and permit and deal with the city inspectors.
