This place has been a lifesaver for me. Group exercise classes, which are offered at three times a day M-F, allow people of various ages, abilities and fitness levels to get their heart rates up, muscles activating and perspiration flowing. The hardest part is getting your butt there. Adrien Pietrariu, who runs the classes has a perfect balance of knowledgable instructor, charismatic leader, positive coach, and friendly butt-kicker (admit it, you need it).
