I’m a hairstylist and I go here almost once a week. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I always enjoy the personal interactions with them all. They have a decent selection and if anything isn’t in stock, they are always quick to help me get what I need or recommend something similar.
Has there ever been a bad time shopping here? Short answer: absolutely not! Everyone is always so knowledgeable and helpful and professional. I want to give a special shout out to Heather and Lily, who are the actual definition of knowledge and care. I love shopping at WCB so much.
West coast beauty is my number one beauty wholesaler in bc. The 5th ave location in Vancouver has amazing staff that are knowledgeable on all the brands they carry. I’ve tried products that Heather & Christy have suggested (when my fave brands are unavailable) and I’m always so happy with their suggestions.
