As a stylist in Vancouver looking for new beauty supply stores it was extremely disappointing finding a bad review when online searching to see such a negative reply on your company’s behalf. If you simply look up your store and see the location with its overview it does not say “only selling to licensed stylists.” So I can see how it might upset someone taking time out of their day just for you to tell them they can’t buy anything from your store.
