As a stylist in Vancouver looking for new beauty supply stores it was extremely disappointing finding a bad review when online searching to see such a negative reply on your company’s behalf. If you simply look up your store and see the location with its overview it does not say “only selling to licensed stylists.” So I can see how it might upset someone taking time out of their day just for you to tell them they can’t buy anything from your store. I’ve been a stylist now for 12 years and always a great experience, Brooke seems to be the one I always get for guidance when I’m in the North Vancouver location. She’s knowledgeable on a huge range of products blows my mind she can retain so many different lines. Her friendly little pup as well always makes my day better. The showroom itself has a great layout and always clean and tidy. Also I love the array of samples available to try in the washroom, has definitely made me purchase a few things extra.
