Had such a great experience at West Coast Beauty! The staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and really knowledgeable—they take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable. Talia is the best—super professional, friendly, and clearly knows what she’s doing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the results. Always a great vibe every time I go in. Highly recommend!

I have always had a fantastic experience in North Vancouver location with Cindy and Diane. They were always very attentive and knowledgeable and took time to guide me. Today I had the same experience with Broke the manager. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly, she answered my questions and I found exactly what I needed.
