Asked for a hair product for my wife, then was told the store is for hair stylists only so I explained I'm with my mother as she regularly shops here. She then told me my mother would know the answer to my questions. Then at check out she said to my mother she can't bring any friends with her. My mother stood her ground and said this is my family! Not friends! I hope nobody ever has to go through this stress.

The ladies at front desk where do helpful today! Forgetful of their names, think one was Cathy? They were so helpful with my many questions and all with smiles. Was very appreciative of their service!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a Amika dry shampoo 2 weeks ago, used it once to make sure I liked it. Then went back to using the last of my previous product. Tried using the Amika dry shampoo a second time a week later and found the nozzle seemed to be broken. It would not push down all the way and no product would come out. I made sure there was no product clogging the nozzle. Their website had no details on their policy for defective products so I tried to call them. I was not able to speak to anyone, o... read more
