My wife and I visited the West Coast Beauty store in Burnaby today and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We usually shop at the Vancouver store, but we were very impressed with the Burnaby location. We purchased over $400 worth of salon supplies and received excellent customer service. We’ve been shopping at West Coast Beauty for many years, and this was one of our best visits. Highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had such a great experience at West Coast Beauty! The staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and really knowledgeable—they take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable. Talia is the best—super professional, friendly, and clearly knows what she’s doing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the results. Always a great vibe every time I go in. Highly recommend!
