Awning was installed very poorly and unlevel. Despite Several calls, theyve made no attempt to correct it. I would never use them again.
Happy to report west coast awning reinstalled and made Patio awning level.
We purchase a remote control roll up shutter back in 2010 for $1500 (Not Cheap At All), we are two people in the home and travel half the year, and when we are in town, we do not open and close the shutter daily at all and in the last year and a half, I barely opened it 10 times throughout because you can still see through it and it is not necessary to open it all the time.
