Carlos and his crew are the BEST. No job is too big or too small, they do it all. I love my 20 yr. old Volvo and I do what I can myself to maintain it, but sometimes you need a pro to get involved. I'm a solid West Coast Auto customer. 5 Stars - absolutely!

West Coast Auto is absolutely awesome. I had a mysterious creaking suspension issue in my 2016 RAV4 for over a year. The dealership tried to fix it but just kinda kept finding expensive things to replace without solving the actual problem... I found West Coast Auto, Inc. on Google and saw the killer reviews so I gave them a shot today. They did an excellent job changing my oil and rotating my tires. Very fair prices and I felt like I was at a better than your average mechanic oil change shop. The waiting room had AC and was very clean. The guys were in good spirits and the manager, Carlos, was very pleasant to talk to. Very personable and friendly.
