Phillipa has an excellent skillset for hearing testing and support aids. She was able to navigate hearing loss and DVA reporting processes for both blast and shooters ear profiles. Her advice on government supported hearing aids and treatment to keep costs down while maximising hearing performance to enhance quality of life especially with grand kids and my girl. Excellent support post treatment as well. Great job phillipa and the girls

Excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Philippa Long was very thorough during the interview and testing for my DVA claim. She explained my results in detail and was very sympathetic to my condition. I highly recommend West Coast Audiology.
I have had many hearing tests, being DVA, but this one by far surpasses any in professionalism and empathy by all staff. I was even allowed to go out and watch the eclipse; how about that? I had many questions answered by the Audiologist, in which helped me understand the condition of my hearing ability. I give them Five out of Five stars. And thank you West Coast Audiology
