West Coast Arborists took out my internet line not once but TWICE while working in the area. Both times my household was left without service, making it impossible to work from home until the lines could be repaired. A professional tree company should know how to identify and avoid utility lines, or at the very least give residents a heads-up before cutting near them. Completely unacceptable. I’d warn any neighbor or business to watch closely if this crew is working near your property.

Disrespectful work at 2AM, no notice, no emergency, creating an illegal noise disturbance for over an hour with your chain saws and woodchoppers.
