The mediation service, as far as we went, was competent. However, there is an expectation that if being billed at a high rate that some of the preparation work is done by ancillary staff at a lower rate. That didn't happen, and our retainer was gone, and then some, after one joint session. I can't recommend West Coast ADR as quite the lower cost option that mediation is promoted to be.
