They did an OK job. They are bad with taking the measurements and they hate when you explain them everything in detail even though you are paying them. They broke few things before they left house and didn’t even care after getting their money. Make sure everything is to you satisfaction before handing them other half of them money
West Chicago Custom Countertops helped get my project done on time when another company was unable to do so even after told it would be no problem. The owner gave my son a tour of their workshop while we were there as well. Very nice people to work with and my countertops looked fabulous. Thank you!

Absolutely love working with them. I have used them on multiple high-end projects but also on projects where I am trying to save money. Their selection is so great so they really can accommodate most budgets. I’m currently working with them on my own house right now and am really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with. I’ve had nightmare experiences with other countertop companies in the area - these companies can appear to be a little bit cheaper but the quality is not great and the actual installation has not been pretty.... read more
