Lee W I purchased a 1500 Crew Cab LT in 2020. It was the easiest purchase I had ever experienced. Professionalism was very high from the salesman, finance and management. The truck was ready as promised and in pristine condition. Waited two weeks to Drop truck off with service department on 16th October. Tried numerous times to find out what was going on with service, was told they would call as soon as they find out what is going on from tech. Told them I am 2hrs away and then there is a 1hr time change so I need 3hrs notice. The Service Department calls 7 days latter at 5:15pm on the 24th to say it’s ready to pick up and they are open till 7:30pm! Like I can magically be there by then! It is difficult for other dealers to know exactly what another dealer's parts inventory availability might be due to timing of other orders (in process or reserved). 17 June23 Purchased a 23 Blazer RS. Had it tagged when it was in-transit. Beware... they add on $499 for anti-theft window etching and $375 for identity theft coverage TO EVERY VEHICLE. This is not optional and is non-refundable. What a scam money grab this is. Was not told, and did not know about it, until I saw them charges on the financial paperwork. Could not opt out. The anti-theft etching product has proven to be successful in the recovery of vehicles. In addition, there is a payout if the covered vehicle is stolen and not recoverable. These benefits were shared with the customer at time of purchase. The finance products purchased by the customer were signed for and documented by the customer.
I bought my first brand new truck from west Chevrolet in 2019. Then immediately went and spent 7k with them on wheels, tires, and a lift kit. My family also buys their vehicles from them (at least 4 vehicles since 2019) i also sent them 2 customers who also bought a vehicle just like mine after i got mine. Since 2019 we have had a baby and bought a camper. So this year (2022) i decided to upgrade and get a duramax because my truck would not pull my camper far distances. Their repair shop is a joke. My vehicle has been in their shop for a week now with a possibility of it being finished in 4 more days. In the mean time my warranty on my truck covers $350 of a rental and I am about to run that out because of the incompetence of the repair shop. I cannot get a manager or anyone else to reach out to me.

I went to this dealer on a True Car referral. True Car guarantees me a military discount on every new car purchase. West Chevrolet did not give me that discount. Nor, to the best of my knowledge, did they give me the True Car price on the car I purchased. I was really - really! - interested in a similar vehicle with a manual transmission at another dealership. They said "no dealer in the country talks to other dealers on a Saturday." Hello?
