Terrible intentional malicious offices. Will ignore every request for no reason. Cancel appointments that have been scheduled for months. Not make appointments after confirming them. Etc.
This is used as the billing office for all of the Westchester Health Associates locations. Payments take weeks to process when mailed, sometimes longer... to the point that you occasionally get collections notices. Group is now part of Northwell... why not use their consolidated billing?

Doctor and nurses are very nice but the front desk staff are very unprofessional. They don’t respond to voicemails until days later and have been super condescending and sassy with me several times over the phone.
