RecommendedI had my first colonoscopy. The prep was unpleasant, but the nursing staff and on- call doctor that answered my questions throughout the procedure were very helpful and caring. Once I got to my appointment the staff was wonderful. All of the nurses did everything possible to make sure that I was comfortable. The anesthesiologist/nurse was wonderful in helping to make me comfortable, I was nervous about my first experience with anesthesia. Dr. Chawla was wonderful. Caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this practice.

RecommendedI am very pleased with the care I have received here. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. The nurses are kind and attentive. Dr. Bandy takes her time, asks many questions and provides treatment options. She also provides preventative care. I highly recommend this practice. I have had only great experiences here!
They are frauds. they send your bill to collections even after it has been paid. they want their $40.00 twice. Practices like this are what is wrong with health care
RecommendedI had my regularly scheduled colonoscopy today. While the prep is uncomfortable, my experience with #WestChesterGI couldn’t have been more pleasant. Everyone I interacted with was polite, kind, friendly, and enthusiastic. Their efficiency was more impressive than their bedside manor. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was walking out the door by 2:15. I highly recommend them! Don’t postpone your screening as one day of discomfort every few years is well worth preventing the alternative of colon cancer.

I will never step foot in this office again. After leaving NUMEROUS messages, I couldn’t even get my doc to call me with test results. My family doctor even called them twice,she Finally spoke with a doctor who assured her, she would call me. Never called. Not even an email. Uncaring and unprofessional.
horrible money grabbing organization! I was told by Dr. Spiegel that I would not have to come back for 5 years after my last procedure. my prescription ran out, my faxed them for a renewal, 4 days later no response from DDA on the script renewal. I called them and asked what the delay was. they told me there was a new "rule" and I would have to come in for a " checkup" prior to renewing the script. I asked them why I wasn't notified or my pharmacy? what is going to happen at the check up? no answer on the notification, just ... read more
