I came to this practice at the recommendation of a few family members- I was not able to see their primary doctors as they were not taking new patients. I was assigned to see Dr Kumar. He completely trivialized my mental health issues I was experiencing and did not provide any sort of resources as I requested. He refused to give me a referral to see a psychiatrist at my first visit (despite my years long history of seeing therapists and having mental health issues), and told me to come back in 6 months. I received excellent care by the staff at Affordable Dental Solutions.
I was recommended to Affordable Dental Solutions when I didn't have insurance. I was then and still am pleasantly surprised by their great service. Just yesterday, I was running late, due to traffic. I was more than willing to reschedule since it was my fault, but the receptionist, named Shay, said to still come, because she was going to make things work. Excellent treatment from staff and Dentist. I’m 87 years old and have been to many dentists in several states and I honestly can say that I had the best cleaning ever today.I know, for sure that Affordable Dental is my go to dental practice for the future.
This was my second visit to get my teeth cleaned and checked. They run that place like a tight ship. I was in and out in no time.
It is refreshing to hear your service provider admit that there is an issue with the end product, up-front and with honesty. Even more refreshing is to have the good doctor lay out a plan of action that made sense and did not inconvenience me in the least. Nice, very nice.
