In and out quickly. Great cleaning by a wonderful staff. Other doctors should take a cue on how it's done. :-)
My situation was dire. I quit smoking, but had not taken care of my teeth in years because of it. Dr. Boehm did not judge me, and did everything she could to bring me back to having a healthy mouth again. Their office made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I drive an hour to go there. This is an amazing place with an excellent staff. I recommend them to everyone I know.
MY FIRST VISIT WAS TODAY AND IT WAS MEMORABLE. JUST WHEN I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THROWN OUT OF THE WINDOW AND HAS BECOME HISTORY. THIS DENTAL OFFICE AND STAFF BROUGHT MY FAITH BACK. i hate the dentist... I have been going to West Chester Family Dentistry for about 10 years now. I was already happy before they moved to the new office because of the friendly associates and prompt service (no waiting!) and now I get to enjoy the amazing upgraded office equipped with top of the line technology including massage chairs and flat screen TVs. I actually look forward to my appointments :)
