Been coming here for years and am appreciative of the conservative + proactive approach from Dr. Smigel and the WCD Team! Another good visit with AC, Shannon, and Dr. S - almost like being part of the family!! Pic of me and my favorite Dental Assistant before going under the floss.
From the time I walked in, until the time I left, the staff at West Charlotte Dental was great. I highly recommend them!
My first crown procedure was pain-free. I was apprehensive at first, but the doctor and staff did everything to ensure my comfort and a smooth process. I'm home relaxing, pain-free. Just one more step to apply the permanent crown, and I'm done. Easy-peesy. Tjis is a great practice!
If I could give 10 stars I would! I’ve had a hard time trusting dental providers because often times they are pushy and treat you like just another pay day, but today Dr Smigiel and his team changed that! He was very informative in way that I could fully understand. His team was friendly and extremely welcoming. My favorite part was that I did not feel pressured and the doctor was open and honest about treatment and when it should be done. I would highly recommend west Charlotte dental!
