Today (Aug 21, 2025) I called Dr. Meziane's office 35 times. Finally I had to leave work and drive to the office. I was told by reception that there were no doctors in the office today and the phone message should say that. I explained how it just rings and then disconnects. There is no message. The receptionist made a note and was able to reschedule my husband's appointment that was cancelled the day before, 30 minutes before his appointment time.
