Lady at the counter is very rude. Never friendly or welcoming. Dropped off a package yesterday to be returned by UPS but we accidentally combined another package that should have been sent separately. Called today to ask her to hold it so I could separate the returned items. She said yes come anytime to fix it. Went by and she she sent it by UPS anyways before we got there. Now I will not be able to get a refund for one of the items. People just don't care about customer service anymore.
