I would give 0 stars if I could. We started marking our garbage because we were convinced our trash wasn't getting emptied and it hasn't been. They don't lock our dumpsters when they are done. They leave the lids open against the building so we cannot close them. We are stuck with them as long as they have the city contract.

At N Nokomis street we parked we were from out of town and we had a terrible experience from the garbage truck driver. He came out of his truck streaming at us because we were parked in the wrong spot and we went to move our vehicle immediately because he screamed at us in front of everyone. He ended up not even getting one of the trash cans and drove off. He embarrassed us in front of the whole neighborhood.

This service is horrible. The lady in the office was rude when we called to ask why the garbage truck went by and didn't pick up the garbage. The bill was paid late Friday afternoon, and she said that it did not come in until Monday, which it was taken out of the account Friday. It is because they are not in the office passed 3 pm on Friday. If you want people to keep your service then you should accommodate for your customers.
