We service the Willmar area but we also service Meeker, Chippewa, Renville, Stearns and all of Kandiyohi counties. We offer both residential and commercial garbage and recycling collection services. Terrible customer service, they destroyed my long driveway and never fixed then took the dumpster because we didn't pay till our driveway was fixed which they damaged in April and it's almost July now. Terrible company and about to be faced with a lawsuit.
Didn't pick up our garage. Called and their customer service was very rude. Said they picked it up which they didn't. No solution. Of course we won't get a refund for that week.
When I say they are the worst waste company I mean it. Zero efficiency. Within only 3 months, they have skipped our recycle trice! We will call and they can't give a valid reason as to why. We never miss a payment. Cancling their service next week, we are done tolerating their inefficiency.
They don't send me a bill, I end up in the hospital for a week then 6 weeks of recovery so I did not even begin to think about it. They send me a late notice, I call and tell them I can pay when my social security comes in, my cash flow had been wiped out by medical bills. No work with me, threats to pick up the garbage cans is all I got from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, any company who is that blind to someone who has hit a rough spot doesn't care about you either!
Worst service ever!! If you forget to set your garbage out and they come back down your street they will completely ignore you if you run out and bring your garbage to the curb as their going by!!
