Very rude and unwilling to help a customer. As soon as I said I had an older engine I was bluntly interrupted and told they don't work on old stuff! Well, now they won't have a chance to work on my new one either!
Very professional, friendly, clean shop and great communication. It was a pleasure to do business with this business.
The place is an absolute ripoff! We took our boat in for lower unit repair. We gave them the check from insurance company...when we took it home and hooked up the garden hose, there was no reverse! Bass Pro had to redo the work even tho we had to pay for their screwup. I do not know how they stay in business!
