I've went here often for service. Always been a good experience. Something I've took for granted until recently trying to save money. Well it ended up here to be repaired anyway. Can't say enough about this shop. From now on I won't make the mistake of trying to save money going somewhere else because it's absolutely true that you often get what you pay for!
My chevy malibu wasn't running right one day so me and my husband brought if over to the Chevy dealer. Turns out our transmission was broke. The dealer quoted us a price of about $2800 to replace it. We wouldn't be able to get it in for a couple of weeks either. It seemed like a lot of money. We called around for pricing and West Central Auto quoted us a price of $2100 roughly. West Central Auto has a few of the best mechanics in this part of the state. They all know what they are doing, they are all certified. My brother referred me here a long time ago and it was a very pleasant experience. They seemed to know their stuff and they are reasonably priced. If I have a problem with my cars, I will drive 40 miles to take it to West Central because they really are the best mechanics I've had work on my vehicles. Nice guys, nice shop, reliable and fast service.
West Central Auto just did work on my car. This is the first time I've been here, referred by a coworker. They were very nice and seemed to know what they are doing. They are all certified, which is a big plus because it means they get tested annually on their skills. They are very sharp. I brought my car in on a Monday and got it back Tuesday running like new again. I refer them to all of my friends and family and will never take my car anywhere else. Thanks guys!
The best shop for daily drivers or hotrods – I own a 1968 Camaro that West Central Auto has helped restore. The owner is the best mechanic I've ever had work on my vehicles. I take my camaro to car shows and race it a lot. I have never had a problem with it since they've worked on it and it drives great.
