The front desk staff is nice polite with the exception of one lady she's very condescending this is a doctor office . Had a lot of quick, very informative consultations here with Dr. Armstrong an Nurse Practitioner Mrs. Hartford. The real issue is Labcorp I was checked in at 10:30 expected to wait a little bit but after waiting for a hour an hearing multiple complaints about the Labcorp staff being incompetent (missing paperwork an leaving people in a room unattended for 45minutes) I decided my health should not be left in the hands of these careless people.
I scheduled a preoperative clearance appointment expecting a thorough medical evaluation before surgery. Instead, the entire visit was spent filling out paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, I asked Dr. Williams if she was going to examine my heart, lungs, throat, ears, or perform any physical assessment. Her response was that filling out the paperwork had taken all of the appointment time, so no examination would be done. As a patient preparing for surgery, I left feeling disappointed and concerned.
