The clinic used to be fabulous ,and my Dr was great but I have ruptured discs in my back and can't get any pain medicine,I am the one that's home crying 24/7 I'm the one who can't bend or do anything I k owe my body better than anyone else and the dr is not suffering 24/,7 it's me what are you supposed to do by pain meds off the street to get any relief ,I have had the rarest and worst case of dumping syndrome in the world and can't find anyone to help me there either,I have nausea 24/7 I have such severe pains in my intesti... read more
I feel blessed to have such an amazing family doctor( Dr M. Merziotis). She is absolutely wonderful. The nurses and reception staff have been nothing but amazing .
The person at the phone was very impatient and rude, unless I answered immediately she’d would yell. Didn’t listen to what I had to say and didn’t answer any of my questions. Furthermore, in 12 years I’ve only been able to see my family doctor ONCE.
Unfortunately today I learned the accuracy of what others on here are saying about rude reception. Unfortunate, because I’ve been coming here like 20 years now and the receptionists that have been here longer have always been so wonderful (Jessica, such a sweetheart!) + medical service pretty good in general. Been with this clinic for about 15 yrs. My doctor and staff are truly amazing people. I’ve always been treated with respect and a show of genuine concern from everyone at the clinic, be it on the phone with reception or a call back from the nurses. Calls are always answered promptly and my doctor or Nurse Practitioner is always ready on the time booked, for every appointment todate.Feel so blessed to have this team Had a car accident last August, these people are the BEST.
