Been with this clinic for about 15 yrs. My doctor and staff are truly amazing people. I’ve always been treated with respect and a show of genuine concern from everyone at the clinic, be it on the phone with reception or a call back from the nurses. Poorly managed. Seem to have policies in their own best interst and not in the interest of providing good care. Booking appointments takes a couple months to see a doctor. Waiting months for an ear infection, cracked foot or torn muscles is not providing health care. Receptionists come across as rude and not at all compassionate towards sick people. Pharmacies can't even renew your precription through a request. Instead you need to phone in and make an appointment to talk to someone which results in answering machines and al... read more

Why are Liz, Kim and Dale still at the helm of this operation if they absolutely hate people? This used to be a solid choice for healthcare but it unfortunately has deteriorated in respect to client care. These women are rude, unprofessional and are abusing their power. To me it’s indicative of their own pain that they inflict onto others via the control they have at their front desk job. I've been doing to this clinic since I was a baby and I'm 29 now. The doctors, nurses, reception and everyone has been so great! They give last min appts when emergencies arise, never have to wait for my appts to start, and the nurses calling triage line is always so helpful!! Only things that I miss/wish: - the app isn't very functional and is a little frustrating navigating - im dont get why they got rid of their xray clinic on site - the clinic being in the middle of nowhere (as a downtown girl with no car, it's sooo hard... read more
