The staff are friendly and the DRs are great with our cat, and take the time to listen and explain everything clearly

To everyone at the West Carleton Animal Hospital. Thank you for the good care given to my dog Mimi who passed away several weeks ago. My husband and I totally appreciate having received a card from you all which included prints of her paws and nose. These will be framed with a picture of Mimi. Should we get another animal, you can rest assured that we are coming back. Again, thank you.
The front desk was super rude and judgmental. I hope the owner teaches the front desk to respect the clients. Respect has to be mutual just not sign boards all over the office.
