The only place i will take my truck!
the man at the front desk (Leo) ordered a part for my vehicle w/o looking at my car and proceeded to install the incorrect part. when i politely told him to uninstall it and find my correct part now that’s that he’s finally seen my car he refunds me the part money and refuses my service and charged me for he poor job???.
I had a great experience at West Car, and a big part of that was because of Leo. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to clearly explain what they would be doing to my vehicle, making sure I understood everything without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Been a customer of this place since 2019 and my mom has been going there before that. Never ever had a problem. Yesterday I call and Leon answered. I think I offended him by calling him his full name because he made it aware he goes by “Leo” now…. Anyway I call and I’m friendly bc I know that’s how he is too but nope.
