I had an amazing experience at West Capitol Cyclery! I met a gentleman named Rudy, and his customer service was outstanding. He helped me pick out the perfect bike, hooked me up with some gear, and took the time to share his knowledge about the bike and answer my questions. I highly recommend starting with West Capitol Cyclery if you’re looking for a bicycle. They have a great selection of bikes, excellent customer service, and genuinely care about helping their customers find exactly what they need. I really appreciate Ru... read more
Very fast and friendly service, was able to get my bike installed/corrected in 30 min and in the same day / walk in / no appointment needed.
The men here are super helpful. They have a large selections of bikes and parts that's not at typical box office store. Hard to find parts at a very low discount rate. They fix the bike on the spot. No appointment needed, especially when it's a flat tire or easy fix or adjustment. Easy in and quick out. The service price for a college student is super reasonable. Very very cheap. I'm very happy with the service I received over the years and will always come back. Only bike shop I truly appreciate and like. Thank you.
Great shop. My son's bike needed work and the service was great and quick.
