Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I was connected with a Banker or Broker named **** *****, who exhibited a highly unprofessional attitude. He provided me with inaccurate information, compelling me to refinance my loan when I explicitly stated my preference not to do so. ****** lack of communication and persistent insistence that I was being educated by him were unacceptable. West Capital did a fantastic job of handling my Home equity loan. Their team was extremely responsive and helpful at every hurdle that arose. Would absolutely use them again.
******* was great. We met on a Friday at noon. By 1:00 he gave us instructions for all of the documents we need to do a refinance. Home appraisal happened the following week. Ready to close within two (2) weeks. It was a total of seventeen (17) calendar days before it was funded. Record time!!**** P

Still trying to wrap my head around how easy the entire process was. Started and closed in about 72hrs. Everything was done online except the Notary, but only because CT does not allow it. Even after having the money deposited, I am still waiting for the catch. Not a good company . Poor communication after, changing loan terms . Not proactive . You have to ask for an update then one is never provided . My loan officer was friendly but would rather have someone that actually cares about their customers . You are just a number to them. Will not be doing business again with them.
I had great contact from them at the beginning. But, since have gotten information on two separate people requesting loans from them not pertaining to us.. Makes me wonder who has gotten my information. I WOULD NOT recommend this company if you want your information to be kept private.
