Tara is amazing , Always a great transaction with Western Canadian , they go the extra mile
This company is definitely not organized as we were told after we paid that they upgraded our room to a vaulted ceiling room for less price. When we arrived we were disappointed to find it was a regular room. The room had many dirty parts about it, which is more a Platinum Suites issue I'm sure but the fireplace wasn't working so I messaged Tara Wilson (who we were dealing with the whole time) and she told me she was calling housekeeping to come fix it.
