I had a terrible experience with West Can Auto Parts. The staff member Pire refused to honor their 30-day return policy, even though the items I brought back were sealed and unused. Instead of properly processing my return, they changed it with something else without my agreement. On top of that, I was never given a receipt in the first place, which made the situation even more frustrating. This is unprofessional and shows zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Great customer service. The salesperson took the time to help find the right part.
I came around 6.10pm and a kid said “we are closed”
Terrible service. The worst customer service, there are nice workers, but no one cares to handle the job and their responsibilities. I am never ever going to this location again. How irritating. Constant hold on call, it’s a loop between different workers. They recommended the highest price parts to me, every time, even when others are available. What a joke location.
