On April 13, I purchased a hose cart from Edmonds location. I understand that customers are responsible for keeping receipts; however, I unfortunately misplaced mine. I contacted the store and the Owner of the store to ask whether there were any alternative ways to process a return or receive store credit. I bought a shovel and didn't use it. The next day I returned it with the label and receipt to return it, but the girl was a Indian . She was very rude to customers and wanted to fix my problem. She kept me waiting for about an hour to return it. This location has no customer service at all and there are a lot of bad people working here. I will not promote it to you at all. Do not buy from this auction.
I came in the store yesterday to order for brakes and rotors but there was no auto parts expert at the moment . Edward from a different department came in to help and was so great and smart even though he wasn’t well conversant with the auto parts department . He made a call and someone walked him through the ordering process and he was so fast with everything .
