I gave a 3 star because of my having to clean my room myself on certain days. The staff is very nice, warm and helpful. Physical therapy is excellent. I've been here 3 weeks now. I would recommend this facility.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE TOO MANY PATIENTS TO A NURSE DONT GIVE MEDICINE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE DO NOT USE THEM THEY CAUSED MY MOM TO PASS BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE

Yes, they answered my call right away Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Fairly Easy Does this provider use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from
