My wife and I missed classes and work to drive 2 hours to check out a falsely advertised "super clean" BMW 335i that passed MA inspection. I went through trouble of getting pre-approved and had a certified check ready to purchase.... just to wait hours in Boston traffic to see that the car was nothing like in the ad. Scratches, dents, broken bumper, fading paint and bubbled clearcoat, scratched and beat up wheels... now i have to deal with a distraught wife and wasted sick day. A complete waste of time. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! I purchase a 2004 Range Rover two months ago, however the vehicle was a lemon, at delivery it did not have a reverse gear ( they place the vehicle front ways so that I wouldn't notice), the check engine light was on, and other issues that I was promised they will take care of, they did not DO on delivery. Oh and please don't buy a car here you will be buying a piece of junk with possible lawsuits attached. how are these people a business ?

Wow. Garbage – What a joke! We just paid $7,000 for a jeep from this place. A week later a check engine light came on, so we brought it back. They claimed they fixed after using all our gas. Simply put, I called them back to complain and i was told to F*ck myself. Literally. Well you know what? Go F*CK yourself West Broadway Auto sales. Your a joke and scum, Thank you for taking the money we worked hard to earn and sell us a peice of Sh*t. I dont know whats a bigger peice of sh*t. the jeep? or the owner.

Stay Away at All Cost – These guys are Crooks, stay away at all cost. I should have known they had disgruntled clients the the windows to the shop were repaired from people apparently throwing rocks at their shop. STAY AWAY!!
