Great service! Quick and friendly staff! The waiting area is nice, with TVs, available coffee, etc, so waiting is pleasant if you have to wait.
I’ve been coming to West Broad Hyundai since 2008 with no major issues until now. I brought my 2019 Santa Fe in for a routine oil change today. I drove home with no warning lights, but as soon as I pulled into my driveway, oil started pouring out and completely drained onto the ground. When I contacted the service department, I was on hold for over 30 minutes and had to call sales just to get assistance. Went in for an inspection,oil change, tire rotation.In and out in less than two hours,car came back clean and serviced,would definitely recommend this establishment!.
Great service,was able to wait for vehicle,barely got a chance to settle in. State inspection.
Absolutely awful phone service. Would never go here.
