I would give zero stars if I could. My wife was driving from MA to FL and the splash shields under the engine of her Genesis came loose and were scraping on the road. This was the nearest dealer. She brought the car in but she was told they couldn't find anything wrong, when in fact half the fasteners used to hold the shields in place were missing and the shields were visibly hanging down.
