At this point, I would give -5 stars if I could. The service manager will just tell you “stuff happens” I have a 2014 Hyundai Sonata hybrid apparently that vehicle has numerous recalls that I was unaware of until one day on the freeway After the vehicle had some hybrid system issues, we took it to the dealer and they replaced six different recall issues I was happy Later they reach out to say that I need to come back in because a new recall was issued that could cause a fire They gave me appointment option and I tried to tak... read more
Great service! Quick and friendly staff! The waiting area is nice, with TVs, available coffee, etc, so waiting is pleasant if you have to wait.
