I wish I had never stepped foot in this office. I initially decided not to leave a review, but after once again feeling dismissed and unheard, I do not want another patient to go through what I experienced. Four years ago, this dentist recommended that I receive five crowns: four on the right side of my mouth and one on the left. I used to go to see Dr. Bates, but he moved away. I stayed with the dental office because I really liked Charles the hygienist and Carrie the receptionist. Dr. Fisher, the new Dr, is very crown happy. He put multiple crowns on my teeth. I switched dentists recently, and come to find out, two of the crowns that he put on don’t even fit, and as a result, there is infection and the crowns have to be removed to two teeth pulled. Great service! They are thorough and reliable. Out of pocket cost can be high, even after insurance coverage has been applied.

I've had an excellent experience with them, very competent deep cleaning/scaling by Justin, didn't even hurt or bleed for a day after the anesthesia wore off. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and professional!
