I can’t recommend this dental office enough! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit a breeze. Charle was amazing with my daughter extremely patient, and Justin was extremely gentle and supportive when he worked with me. I usually shy away from the dentist, but the entire team made me feel comfortable and eased all my nerves. They genuinely make you want to come back—highly recommend!
I’ve been a client for about 3 years and I just love them. The reception staff provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere and always friendly and very helpful with insurance questions and payments. My hygienist, Charles, is wonderful. He is very thorough and keeps me comfortable. Dr.Fisher is awesome. Very professional, explains procedures with details that are clear. Dr Fisher and the whole team at West Broad Dental are really the best in the business! I've been to so many other dentists offices in my lifetime and not one has even compared to the service and care provided here. Don't waste your time anywhere else!
From the moment I entered this dental establishment, I was made to feel welcome and treated with the utmost respect by every member of the staff that I encountered. As for the quality of service, I have never been to a dentist's office that was more professional, more genuinely courteous, and more considerate of the patient that pain and discomfort simply DID NOT EXIST! Simply put, I recommend West Broad Dental to everyone!!!
