So today I was looking at a Volkswagen Tiguan so I contacted the man about the car but before I did that meaning I needed to sit here and check out the reviews. Drove the Subaru Outback and it ran great. Interior and exterior extremely clean. Owner was very helpful - planning to purchase the vehicle.
Visited this lot interested in a 2018 Cadillac XTS. When I asked to test drive the car, the salesperson immediately refused and asked how I was going to buy it, implying I couldn’t even see if the car ran properly. I understand liability concerns, but refusing a test drive for a serious buyer at a used car lot felt unprofessional. Would not recommend if you expect to actually see or drive a vehicle before purchase.
UPDATED💥 Was a rather quick process. But why waste time when buying a car. We knew what we wanted and our budget. The owner was easy to work with and came in after hours to close the deal. Car is in great shape and came with a warranty. A few weeks later I was on my way to North Carolina to help my mother who had surgery to remove her cancer. About 15 miles away from their house the car just died mid drive. Had to get it towed and found out the engine had seized up. Took it to Kia asking them to use the warranty that came w... read more
