I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at both the Amboy Road and Hylan Blvd dental offices. I was told upfront that they accepted my insurance, which turned out to be misleading at best. After my exam, the dentist said I needed a root canal but then oddly tried to refer me to a periodontist—which didn’t make sense. Oakwood Dental was very friendly at the front desk! Welcoming and helpful… Arianna was the girl who cleaned my teeth. She was a professional! Gave me great advice on the way out and along the way. She even gave me a goodie bag on the way out. Highly recommend!

1 Star (If I could give zero, I would) This is by far the worst dental office I have ever dealt with. West Brighton Dental Arts is a complete disaster when it comes to communication and patient care. They do not answer the phone for months, and forget about getting a call back—voicemails, messages, nothing gets a response.
