Best practice I’ve been to. Doctors know my kids as they’re usually the same two doctors. Personally, I find this better than a practice where you might see a different doctor/nurse each time. Never have trouble getting an appointment. Friendly and efficient staff. Thank you!

If I have to leave an honest appraisal of the care i have (failed) to receive, and how I have been left feeling after trying to work with this practice it wouldn't be good (foreshadowing), and it's not going to be. Rude reception staff. Don't want to listen to anything. Appointment times are never followed. You have to wait for an hour or two. Visited today for a Paediatric appointment. Reception is the first point of contact, so at least listen. Or have you given them instructions to misbehave if someone is not your patient.
