This one star is not for the support staff or the hygienist—they have always been kind, attentive, and professional. West Bridgewater Dental has a friendly yet businesslike atmosphere. Everyone I encountered there is a well trained professional, from the front desk to the dental chair. It is a well oiled machine.
Andrew, Allyson, Heather at the front makes me feel so welcomed and always go above an beyond for me. Amanda was my hygienist and she made me feel so comfortable and reassured me throughout my procedure, Dr.Min is so gentle and amazing I feel like I can talk to her about anything. this is an amazing practice and look forward to my future care. Best Office I've had yet!
This place sucks. They try to scam people out of money, and when the people refuse to pay they say “Their collection agency will mail you” Smh nobody is scared of this place. The staff all were terrible and very rude and they don’t know how to run a Buisness. Please stay away from this place
