Card gets flagged constantly, multiple occasions on Black Friday I was told I had insufficient funds and they locked my card, yet I had plenty of money in the bank, can’t reach anyone unless the bank is open, technology is from 1950’s.
Your funds are not safe within this establishment. I have been a member for over a decade and have filed a single fraud claim in december of last year. Called them in march and was told “the person handling the fraud claims is no longer handling it so its been a bit of a mess, you will receive a call back tomorrow”. I Hear back from them today (over a months later) where they said they can tell the package was not delivered however they are not able to help me it is on the merchant to issue a refund.
